Mobility & Research
My work in research seeks to advance academic and scientific debate, inform policy, and connect research and practice. With a PhD in Political Science from Sciences Po in Paris, I am affiliated with various research institutions, including CERI at Sciences Po and CEDEJ in Cairo. I am also an adjunct professor at the American University in Cairo, affiliated to the Center for Migration and Refugee Studies (CMRS). Working across institutions and geographies, I seek to connect different bodies of knowledge and perspectives, and to bring research into dialogue across contexts. This includes engaging with research and policy organisations, including think tanks such as the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
